I purchased an item 12 days ago, but I changed my mind and would like to return it. Can I send it back for a refund or exchange it for something else?
Yes, returns and exchanges are welcomed within 30 Days from the date of purchase. The only exception is precious metal purchases. Value of metals fluctuate on a daily basis, so you only have 10 Days to return the material back to us. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our mistake.
I saw an item I liked, but was a little out of my price range and budget. Do you consider offers or price negotiate?
Yes. Simply contact us using the "Ask Question" button within the listing. We will consider all reasonable offers and get back to you within 24 hours.
I saw a nice piece of jewelry in your store. Is it authentic or junk jewelry?
All jewelry listed within the store is as described, as scanned or pictured. Costume jewelry is described as such. Precious metal jewelry is 100% authentic and advertised according to purity and weight.
